-Five 2.5 hour sessions of in-home support with child, infant and pet care -Includes errands, light cleaning, organizing and meal preparation
-Morning, afternoon, evening and overnight availability

Individual Postpartum Visit $30/hr

Professional Consulting Services $500/hr
Services can include workshop facilitation, equity audits, strategic planning, and educational content for professional development (e.g. resource booklets, knowledge mobilization materials)
